What is a Trademark??
“A trade mark is a way of identifying a unique product or service. Sometimes called a brand, your trade mark is your identity.

A trademark is a way to distinguish your brand from anther brand, whether it is a picture, shape, packaging, word or phrase etc., giving you the right to use them commercially for elements You can legally register a word, phrase, logo, picture, shape, aspect of packaging. Trademarking gives the right to commercially use these elements for the goods or services that are registered under it.
